Return & Refund Policy – Print on Demand (USA)

At CRADIA EXOTIC, all products are made to order using Print on Demand. Due to the nature of our products, the following return policy applies in accordance with U.S. commerce regulations.
1. Timeframe to Submit a Claim
All return or refund claims must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking information.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
2. Eligible Reasons for Returns
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

Defective product

Printing error

Incorrect product (wrong design, model, or color)

Item damaged during shipping
In these cases, customers must contact us within the stated timeframe and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Color or design preference

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Sale or promotional items
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund
This will be determined after reviewing the provided evidence.
5. Return & Claim Process
To submit a claim:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
In most Print on Demand cases, a physical return will not be required.
6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time depends on the payment provider and TikTok Shop

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is ours
7. Return Address
If a physical return is required, customers will receive return instructions from our support team.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
